21st Century Travel Insurance Ltd. is currently utilizing a web-based application to help facilitate and automate some of their business transactions.

This application is based on the DotNetNuke framework. The application is fundamental to their success and is utilized on a daily basis by various insurance agents within 21st Century Travel Insurance Ltd. and their affiliate companies.

Initial Situation

We were approached to perform monthly web site maintenance on the site which is ongoing, as well as building further functionalities into the application.

Our Role

N-VisionIT Interactive was the sole supplier for this project. All tasks including project management, analysis of business flow, system requirements, and development were completed by us and the system is maintained by us on an ongoing basis.

Interactive Solutions

In addition to ongoing maintenance and resolution of existing glitches in the system, N-VisionIT Interactive has also implemented new product versions into the system (which involved a series of upgrades) as well as introduced changes to the site functionalities to greatly improve the speed of the application.

Results

The site has seen numerous improvements to overall functionality and user satisfaction. The stability of the site has also been improved as well.
