Initial Situation:
Cinch Connectors came to us after their previous in-house developer left the company. Many parts of the website and administration system required maintenance and bug fixing. Cinch's competetors were gaining an upper hand on them due to unresolved issues and inadequate functionalities with the website that discouraged potential new customers (including a poorly functioning distributor search which is one of the most critical elements of business development).
N-VisionIT Interactive Solutions:
N-VisionIT Interactive's primary concern on the website was to fix usability issues and ensure that dynamic portions of the website displayed correct information without error. We created a new mechanism for users to search for official Cinch representatives and distributors globally. We improved and extended the administration suite to correct usability issues and added new features to improve usability and stability. On an ongoing basis we provide design, development, maintenance and support services.
Results:
After our work on Cinch Connectors website, user interactivity issues are no longer an issue and the website now runs efficiently and effectively.
