Initial Situation:
The client approached N-VisionIT Interactive looking for a reliable supplier for maintenance and enhancement; the client's initial programmer was slow and unreliable.
N-VisionIT Interactive Solutions:
N-VisionIT Interactive fixed existing bugs and added new functionality such as new billing routine to facilitate subscriptions, more diligent checking of failed credit cards to close delinquent accounts, new RSS feeds for newsletters, reader reviews, new advertisement administration and delivery system, etc.
Results:
The client is very satisfied with us as their supplier. There has also been a drop in cancellations of subscriptions due to technical difficulties. Bookbrowse's advertisers are also better satisfied with the accuracy and flexibility of advertisements.
