Initial Situation:

Authentic Ireland approached us with a static website and a need to automate their business processes. Their employees were spending most of their time dealing with manual processes and needed to be able to automate their business so that they could focus on improving their response time, closing percentage and profit margins.

Our Role:

N-VisionIT Interactive was initially the sole supplier for this project. All tasks including project management, analysis of business flow and system requirements, design, development, and implementation of the system were completed by us. Our focus was primarily on the admin system, while post-launch a design and Search Engine Optimization specialist was brought in to re-build the public front-end of the site.

N-VisionIT Interactive Solutions:

We have built them a complete staff web application to manage all inquiries and automate the deposit/payment processes. We have also built them a form builder that enables them to retain their search-engine ranking by building web forms that they can paste into their HTML pages to collect custom information for each vacation type (alternate choices would have been to use redirect pages but this still impacts search engine ranking in the short term and being during their busy season we simply advised them not to risk this).

Results:

Since the initial launch of the admin application developed by N-VisionIT Interactive, Authentic Ireland has been able to greatly improve their efficiency and process quotes significantly quicker and more easily than with their previous offline, manual processes. They have been able to interact with their customers more directly and increase their sales as a result.
