Initial Situation:
N-VisionIT Interactive is a proud supporter of several different local charities. We were looking to expand this by making a social application to help average people who do not have extra money to donate, but believe in good causes.
Our Role:
N-VisionIT Interactive was the sole supplier for this project. All tasks including project management, analysis of business flow and system requirements, design, development, and implementation of the system were completed by us.
N-VisionIT Interactive Solutions:
The final application allows a user to choose a CPA offer, it displays the amount that will be donated to the charity upon completion. Once they haven chosen a CPA, they choose a charity that they would like the funds donated too. After they have completed this, the CPA offer will load in their screen to complete. Once it is marked as completed a newsfeed is published to let their friends know that they have completed a donation to the charity specified.
A profile box was also created to show the total amount they and their friends of contributed.
Results:
The application has been successful in allowing many Facebook users to support and donate to their favourite charities without spending money and simply spending a bit of their time completing a CPA.
N-VisionIT has now completed release 1.0 of a website development project, and overall I have been exceptionally pleased. They do excellent work, deliver on-time, and are very professional. Make a Difference is a Facebook Application that was created to help people donate to charities. Rather than people donating with their own money, Make a Difference allows people to complete Cost Per Action (CPA) offers. The application donates a percentage of that amount to the charity of that users choice.
