N-VisionIT Extranet BlackBerry application is a customer relationship management (CRM) application that streamlines and automates key business processes that maximize efficiency of N-VisionIT and any supplier, customer or partner that N-VisionIT works with.

Our Role

We created the BlackBerry application to complement our Extranet web application that has been a core business management tool for many years. It was created to provide a simple and easy to use interface for our staff to manage employee information, customers, partners and suppliers from their BlackBerry phones. This helps the staff of N-VisionIT, or any other business that licenses the technology, to make decisions quickly and efficiently by having real-time access to all contacts, timesheets, tasks, notifications and alerts requiring immediate attention.

In-depth initial brainstorming and planning was done to ensure that all interfaces would be quick, easy to use and take advantage of the power of the BlackBerry.

Results

The N-VisionIT Extranet BlackBerry application has been extremely successful. Our staff, customers, partners and suppliers are connected with the power of real-time information at all times. This enables them to obtain real-time status updates so that they can make key business decisions whether they are in the office, in a meeting, on the road or at a customer's location.
